Do You Assign Projects To Other Contractors?

Lirva Productions reserves the right to assign subcontractors to a project to ensure the right fit for the job and to ensure the project is completed on time.

Is a Deposit Required For a Project?

Unless otherwise agreed upon, a deposit is required prior to starting a project and the balance is due when the project is completed. All estimates that we provide are calculated to the best of our ability, however, if the client request additional changes or services, the amount agreed upon will change.

Project Deadline

Lirva Productions will confirm the project deadline when the project and all supporting documents are received. The project deadline may change if the client requirements change.

What If I Cancel or Reschedule a Project?

If the Client cancels or reschedules a project before completion, the Client will pay for all time and expenses incurred to date, plus an additional 15% of the portion of the initial estimate which has not yet been earned.

The cancellation/rescheduling fee is not for services to be performed after the postponement or cancellation, but is to compensate Lirva Productions for maintaining availability for the project.

What Is The Delivery Process For a Project?

We prefer projects to be delivered and instructions to be given using e-mail or fax. Written instructions allow us to have a copy to refer to while working on a project and it enables us to prioritize your tasks. Upon completing your project it will be sent to the location specified by you, via the method you prefer. The client will be responsible for all mailing costs.

Who Is Responsible For Inspection and Proofreading

Although Lirva Productions strive for accuracy in both copy and illustration, unintentional errors may occur. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the final product is proof read and to their satisfaction. Lirva Productions will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions found thereafter.

Who Owns The Project?

Ownership to any project produced by Lirva Productions is owned by Lirva Productions until final payment is made. After payment is made, all rights will be transferred to the client.
